Our equipment includes cutting and stripping machines capable of handling copper cables up to 120mm² and a vast array of original toolings from renowned brands to guarantee precise crimping processes. We use an automatic cut, strip, and crimp station for high-volume single-wire processing and programmable coaxial stripping machines to ensure accurate coaxial assembly and testing. For cable marking, we offer options like inkjet and thermal transfer printing, labeling, and heat-shrink labeling with a variety of specialized printers.
Our capabilities also extend to low-pressure hotmelt/macromelt molding, with in-house tooling design and two macromelt molding machines for transparent and black finishes. High-pressure molding and silicone molding needs are fulfilled in collaboration with a trusted partner. For optical cables, we source high-quality, competitively priced solutions through authorized partners.
